Captain Owen wanted redesign with search engine rankings and an aesthetically pleasing design. After a thorough keyword analysis, we put together a XHTML valid design with dynamic fishing reports, auto-updating fishing conditions, lightbox.js photo gallery, online booking form, and much more.

AVP put a challenge to us. Not only make a site that does their photography justice, but allow them to sell images online, incorporate a blog, full content management system, and even allow visitors to interact by posting comments and reviews. The site uses Wordpress as a CMS and blogging platform, Gallery2 as for image management, and ZenCart + PayPal for their E-Commerce solution.

Capt. Jim Sabella makes his web debut with TopsailFishingCharters.com. We set him up with a Wordpress CMS website so he could update content including fishing reports, photo galleries, rates and more. The design is clean, yet funky - a throw back to the Sci-Fi classic bearing the same name.

Stocker Wobbler came to us with three goals in mind:

Green goes wild on this one, with lots of dynamic goodies included. The guys over at MRG wanted a great looking, informative website that performed well with search engines and potential clients. The site is a custom theme on top of a Wordpress content management system (CMS), allowing MRG to update their content easily as new banks & services become available. The site makes use of dynamically changing sidebars, flash watershed maps, and lead generation forms.

Beauty and simplicity are joys of mountain living, and we helped JMM communicate that through the web. JMM.com has a simple, elegant look featuring art work depicting the blue ridge mountains, and a content management system that allows Jackson to update the sites content at will & keep property owners up to date with their own secure property portal. However, unlike the mountains, this site isn’t getting lost… It’s already ranking very well, only falling behind Wintergreen Resort’s site for one main keyword, and ranking #1 overall for the others!

This one is all about the deal. SEO, lead generation, map search, mail marketing, and much more come together in one formidable package. The idea was to create a better land sales website, not just the “I’m a land broker, you can call me here.” The slogan “we’re the A-game, get to know us” was more along our lines of thinking, but how to deliver?
We started with a clean, cool layout, and added what our potential clients were looking for:

Real information, like twenty five thousand comparable land transactions plotted on a searchable Google map interface.
2.) Great Content
Advice on how best maximize a tract’s value, secret to 1031 exchanges, and much more.
The Results?
We achieved #1 position on all major search engines for the term “Georgia Land Comps” in two weeks! Three months later, we’re in the top ten results for “Georgia Land Broker” and the site has generated inbound phone calls by the dozens.
